RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT
OF THE GENERAL PAYMENT OUT OF THE SHARE PREMIUM ACCOUNT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30
JUNE 2010
Shareholders are notified that at the Company`s annual general meeting held on
05 November 2010, all the ordinary resolutions and the special resolution
proposed were duly passed without modification. The special resolution will be
lodged with CIPRO in due course.
Included in the resolutions passed at the annual general meeting is the general
authority to make a general payment to shareholders out of the Company`s share
premium account in lieu of a final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2010.The
general payment of 8 cents per share will be paid in accordance with the
timetable set out below.
The Company has determined the following salient dates for the general payment
out of the share premium account:
2010
Last day to trade cum the Distribution Friday, 12 November
Shares commence trading ex the Distribution Monday, 15 November
Record date Friday, 19 November
Payment date Monday, 22 November
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
15 November 2010 and Friday, 19 November 2010, both days inclusive.
