CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are notified that Mr. Gert Johannes Coffee has been
appointed as an executive director of Afrimat with immediate effect from 04
November 2010.
Gert, a registered professional engineer, spent the past 33 years in the Civil
Construction and the Construction Materials Supply industries and held various
executive management positions. He joined Afrimat in January 2010 as the Chief
Operating Officer of its Aggregates division.
