CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
of the group are advised of the following change to the board of directors of
AMAP ("the board").
At the Board meeting held on the 5th November 2010, Bruce Garith Drummond was
appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director with immediate
effect.
Bruce Drummond holds a B:Com degree and a CIS, he has held various senior
financial positions from factory level to Head Office within the AMAP group over
the last 23 years and was appointed company secretary of AMAP in 1997.
