In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that in view of her additional responsibilities
since being appointed as CEO of the Shanduka Group, Ms Phuti Malabie has
resigned from the Vodacom Group Board with immediate effect. Mr Peter Moyo,
the Chairman of Vodacom Group would like to thank Phuti for her dedication
and contribution to Vodacom Group.
