CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Messrs H Minnie and N Ackermann,
non-executive directors, have resigned from the board on 5 November 2010,
following their resignation as employees of the Group on 29 October 2010.
The board has initiated a process to identify and appoint independent
non-executive directors and an announcement will follow in due course.
