relevant Conditions Annexure , the listing
of TOPSKU lapsed automatically when the FTSE / JSE Top 40 Index ("the
Index") was greater than or equal to the Knockout Level of 28,000 index points.
The Index was greater than or equal to this Knockout Level of 28,000 index
points on 5 Nov 2010.
Warrantholders are accordingly no longer able to trade the above Knockout
Warrants.
