DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE VOD SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for VODACOM GROUP LIMITED
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to VODACOM GROUP
LIMITED (VOD). The Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
dividend amount of 180 cents per VODNIB share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 06 December 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 26 November 2010. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 29 November 2010 and
the record date is Friday, 03 December 2010.
