CIRCULAR TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are advised that a circular has been posted today setting out the
relevant information relating to the adoption of the Cipla Medpro South Africa
Employee Share Option Scheme ("the CMSA Employee Share Option Scheme"), together
with a notice of general meeting.
The general meeting of shareholders will be held at the Cipla Medpro Offices,
Belvedere Office Park, Block F, Bella Rosa Street, Bellville, Cape Town on
Wednesday, 24 November 2010 at 14:00 for the purpose of considering and, if
deemed fit, passing the necessary resolutions for the adoption of the CMSA
Employee Share Option Scheme.
