TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required
to publish a trading statement as soon as they become aware that the financial
results for the period to be reported upon next will differ by at least 20% from
the financial results for the previous corresponding period.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised as follows:
the Company expects to report a headline earnings per share of 0,2 pence for the
six-month period ended 31 August 2010, compared to the earnings of 1,0 pence per
share in respect of the period ended 31 August 2009; and
the Company expects to report a basic earnings per share of 0,2 pence for the
six-month period ended 31 August 2010, compared to the earnings of 0,8 pence per
share in respect of the period ended 31 August 2009.
The financial information for the six-month period ended 31 August 2010
contained in this trading statement has not been reviewed and/or reported on by
the Company`s auditors. It is anticipated that the interim results for the six
months ended 31 August 2010 will be published on or about 16 November 2010.
