NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND THE NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual report, containing the audited financial statements for the Company
for the year ended 30 June 2010, has been dispatched to shareholders on Tuesday,
9 November 2010. There has been no change from the audited results for the year
ended 30 June 2010, released on SENS on Monday, 30 August 2010 and in the press
on Tuesday, 31 August 2010. The annual financial statements were audited by the
Company`s auditors, Deloitte & Touche and their report is available for
inspection at the Company`s registered office.
The annual report contains a notice of the annual general meeting for the
Company, which will be held at 10h00 on Thursday, 2 December 2010 at the offices
of the Company at 322 15th Road, Randjespark, Midrand.
