CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited and the cautionary announcement published on 29 October 2010, the Board
of Directors hereby announces the resignation of Mr SR Bean non-executive
director and Chairman of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.
The Board would like to thank Selwyn for his contribution.
It is noted that, due to the Company only having one remaining director, the
Board will be unable to act until three new appointments are made. In addition,
the approval of the necessary shareholder resolutions is also still uncertain
until approval at a reconvened Special General Meeting.
