NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s 2010 integrated annual report,
containing the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2010, has
been posted to shareholders on Tuesday, 9 November 2010 and contains no
modifications to the reviewed provisional results which were published on 30
August 2010. The Company`s auditors, Ernst & Young Inc, have audited the annual
financial statements and their unqualified report is available for inspection at
the Company`s registered office. The integrated annual report will be available
on the Company`s website www.arm.co.za from Wednesday, 10 November 2010.
Notice is hereby given that the seventy-seventh annual general meeting of the
Company will be held on Friday, 3 December 2010 at 11:00 in Boardrooms 6 and 7,
Sandton Convention Centre, corner of Fifth Avenue and Maude Street, Sandton, to
transact the business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting forming
part of the 2010 integrated annual report.
