CHANGES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of Protech wishes to inform shareholders that the group`s CEO, Mr
Gerald Chapman, will retire from the company with effect from 30 November 2010,
following a recent tragedy in Mr Chapman`s personal life.
Mr Chapman will step down as CEO and resign as executive director. In the
interim, he will hand over his duties to acting CEO, Julian Dovey. Mr Dovey is a
member of the Protech executive team and has been with the group for 15 years,
in the role of COO for the last two years.
The board expresses its sympathy to Mr Chapman, as well as its sincere gratitude
to him for his considerable effort and guidance over the past 21 years in
founding the company and developing it to the position that it now holds as a
well-known and respected listed group.
Mr Chapman will provide assistance to the company in an advisory capacity until
early March 2011, assisting in a smooth handover to his successor. The board
will make a further announcement in due course regarding the appointment of a
successor to Mr Chapman.
