RESIGNATION OF ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors announces the resignation of Mr James
Alderslade, alternate director to Mr Monwabisi Fandeso, from the board of
Beige with immediate effect, following the reassignment of responsibilities
among the various members of the Thebe Investment Corporation (Pty) Ltd
executives.
The board of directors of Beige would like to thank Mr Alderslade for his
valuable contribution to the company.
