RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Labat held on
Wednesday, 10 November 2010, all the resolutions presented in the notice of
annual general meeting were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolution will be lodged with CIPRO in due course.
