UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements dated 22 June 2010, 28 July
2010, 31 August 2010, and 7 October 2010 and are advised that the case relating
to Angel Diamonds (Proprietary) Limited (Case CIV/APN/333/2010) ("Case") which
was to be heard in the High Court of Lesotho ("High Court") on 10 November 2010
has again been postponed to 17 November 2010 for a ruling in an interlocutory
application for security for costs by the applicants of 20 August 2010 in the
High Court.
The urgent application for the provisional liquidation of Angel Diamonds (Case
CIV/PET/01/10) ("Petition") was postponed to the 22 November 2010 after it was
discovered that the Petition had not been properly allocated a specific judge in
line with the practice of the High Court. Thabex and other interested parties
have filed comprehensive opposing papers in opposition to the Petition. Although
the applicant, Mr TP Mosebo, formally requested for a further postponement, he
was ordered by the presiding Judge for urgent matters on the day to file his
replying affidavit, if any, on Monday 15 November 2010.
Shareholders will be informed about any further developments regarding the Case
as well as the expected date of publication of the Company`s February 2010 year
end results.
