RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of City Lodge
shareholders held on Thursday, 11 November 2010, the ordinary resolutions and
special resolution as set out in the notice of annual general meeting dispatched
to shareholders on 12 October 2010 were passed, on a poll, by the requisite
majorities.
The special resolution regarding the general authority to repurchase shares will
be lodged for registration with the Registrar of Companies in due course.
