In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Cashbuild`s audited annual financial results for the year ended 30
June 2010, published on 21 September 2010, the annual report was posted on 12
November 2010. The annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned
published audited results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Cashbuild will be held at 10h00 on
Monday, 6 December 2010 at the company`s registered office, cnr Aeroton and
Aerodrome Roads, Aeroton, Johannesburg to transact the business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
