REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CASH DIVIDEND CONFIRMATION
Notice is hereby given that, at the annual general meeting of the shareholders
of the Company held today, 12 November 2010, all the resolutions were passed
other than ordinary resolution number 5 (authority to allot and issue unissued
but ordinary shares in the Company) and ordinary resolution number 6 (authority
to issue shares for cash) which were withdrawn by the chairman prior to voting
thereon.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
CASH DIVIDEND CONFIRMATION
In the year end results announcement released on SENS on 28 September 2010, the
Board declared a cash dividend of 2,5 cents per ordinary share. The salient
dates for the dividend payment will be as follows:
Last date to trade cum dividend Friday, 19 November 2010
Securities start trading ex dividend Monday, 22 November 2010
Record date Friday, 26 November 2010
Payment date Monday, 29 November 2010
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
22 November 2010 and Friday, 26 November 2010, both dates inclusive.
The dividend is declared in the currency of the Republic of South Africa.
