RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are notified that at the company`s annual general meeting held on
12 November 2010, all the resolutions proposed, with the exception of ordinary
resolutions 4 and special resolution 1 which were withdrawn, were duly passed
without modification.
Special resolution 2 will be lodged with CIPRO for registration as soon as is
possible.
