RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 1
October 2010 in which it was announced that it had become apparent that a
further capital injection may be required by the Company and that the
Company`s controlling shareholder, Castellas Investment Holdings Limited, had
initiated a review which would be completed during November 2010.
Shareholders` are advised that this review is still in progress and
accordingly shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in the Company`s shares until a further announcement is made.
