CHANGES IN DIRECTORATE
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Cadiz Holdings Limited hereby advises shareholders that Mr. NS Buthelezi has
resigned as alternate director to Mr. SP Ngwenya with effect from 11 November
2010 in order to dedicate time to his other responsibilities.
The Cadiz board would like to thank Mr. Buthelezi for his commitment and
valuable contribution over the past six years.
