ADDITIONAL MEMBER OF THE RICHEMONT AUDIT COMMITTEE
Richemont announces that Maitre Dominique Rochat has been appointed to the Audit
Committee of Compagnie Financiere Richemont SA.
Maitre Rochat was elected to the Board of Directors in September 2010. He is a
partner in the Geneva office of the law firm Lenz & Staehelin and serves on the
Board as a non-executive director.
Following Maitre Rochat`s appointment, the Audit Committee of Compagnie
Financiere Richemont SA comprises five non-executive directors: Mr Yves-Andre
Istel, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Board; Mr
Ruggero Magnoni; Mr Josua Malherbe; Lord Renwick of Clifton, Independent Lead
Director; and Maitre Dominique Rochat.
