CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Linked unitholders are advised that Redefine International plc ("Redefine
International"), the AIM-listed subsidiary of RIN and Wichford P.L.C.
("Wichford"), a London Stock Exchange listed company in which Redefine
International has a 21.7% shareholding, today released announcements on the
Regulatory News Service ("RNS") of the London Stock Exchange, confirming that
Redefine International is in conversation with Wichford`s board of directors and
its advisers Rothschild regarding a potential combination of Redefine
International and Wichford, that these conversations are at an early stage and
that there can be no certainty that any transaction between Redefine
International and Wichford will be forthcoming nor that the required regulatory
approvals for any transaction would be obtained (including, but not limited to,
agreement of the United Kingdom Listing Authority in relation to any relevant
listing eligibility).
Linked unitholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in
RIN`s securities until a further announcement is made.
