Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcements dated 10
March 2010, 14 April 2010, 28 May 2010, 12 July 2010, 23 August 2010, 30
August 2010 and 1 October 2010 respectively, and are advised that certain
negotiations referred to therein are still in progress.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution in
dealing with Bonatla shares until a further announcement in this regard is
made.
