RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Board of Directors of the Company announces that all resolutions proposed to
the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today were
passed, with the exception of Resolution 7 which was a Special Resolution to
disapply statutory pre-emption rights.
It is the intention of the Company to propose a revised resolution at a
shareholders` meeting at an appropriate time.
At the Annual General Meeting, shareholders approved the payment of a final
dividend of 0.3723p per share, the salient dates of which are as follows:

Last date to trade on the JSE Friday, 26 November
Ex-Dividend date on the JSE Monday, 29 November
Ex-Dividend date on the LSE Wednesday, 1 December
Record date Friday, 3 December
