NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
30 June 2010 were posted to shareholders on Monday, 15 November 2010 and contain
no modifications to the audited results which were published on 27 September
2010.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Bioscience will be held at 10h00 on
7 December 2010 at 170 Oxford Road, Melrose, Johannesburg to transact the
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of
the annual report.
