Ms Morkel is a director and a 50% shareholder of Breakwater Capital, which
company is in the process of being wound down. As a consequence hereof, Ms
Morkel transferred Dorbyl shares held via Breakwater Capital (being 200 000
ordinary shares) to the Ocean View Trust, of which she is also a beneficiary.
150 000 of the Dorbyl shares held by Breakwater Capital was transferred to The
Pipe Track Trust, being the family trust of a director of Breakwater Capital, on
12 November 2010.
