POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
1. INTRODUCTION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by Sovereign on SENS and
in the press on 21 October 2010 and 22 October 2010 respectively, regarding a
proposed fully subscribed capital raising of R150 million to be implemented by
way of a rights offer ("the Rights Offer") and are advised that a circular
containing details of the resolutions required to implement the Rights Offer
("the Circular") was posted to the Company`s shareholders ("Shareholders")
today.
2. NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the Shareholders ("General
Meeting") will be held at the registered office of the Company at Kruis River
Road, Uitenhage, 6230 on Tuesday, 7 December 2010 at 10:00 for the purpose of
considering and, if deemed fit, passing with or without modification there
solutions set out in the notice of General Meeting.
