RESULTS OF THE ODD-LOT OFFER
Shareholders are advised that the results of the odd-lot offer which closed on
Friday, 12 November 2010 are as follows:

* odd-lot holders who did not make an election were automatically regarded as
having chosen to sell their odd-lot holdings.
The purchase of the odd-lot shares was split between the company and Zizmax
Investments (Pty) Ltd ("Zizmax"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
Zizmax purchased a total of 594 850 shares, representing 0.036% of the issued
share capital for a purchase consideration of R29 742.50, which shares will be
held as treasury shares. The remaining 595 964 shares, representing 0.037% of
the issued share capital, were purchased by the company for a purchase
consideration of R29 798.20 and will be cancelled and de-listed from the JSE
Limited with effect from the commencement of trade on Thursday, 18 November
2010.
The odd-lot offer resulted in the number of Beige shareholders being reduced by
a figure of 1 078, representing approximately 31.32% of the total number of
shareholders.
