CURRENCY CONVERSION RATE ON 15 NOVEMBER 2010
Further to the Results of the Annual General Meeting announced yesterday, 15
November 2010, shareholders are advised that the currency conversion rate, as at
close of business yesterday was GBP1.00:ZAR11.2235
At the Annual General Meeting, shareholders approved the payment of a final
dividend of 0.3723p per share or 4.17851 cents per share when translated at the
conversion rate.
