RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of shareholders of
OneLogix held on Tuesday, 16 November 2010 (in terms of the notice of annual
general meeting contained in the OneLogix annual report issued on 21 October
2010) all of the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of OneLogix
shareholders.
