RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
York shareholders ("Shareholders") are advised that at the Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders held today, all the resolutions proposed at the meeting
were passed by the requisite majority of Shareholders, save for ordinary
resolutions 5 and 6 which were withdrawn by the board of directors prior
to the commencement of the meeting.
The special resolution is in the process of being submitted to the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office for registration.
