TRADING UPDATE
In accordance with paragraph 3.4 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited
("JSE"), a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as
it becomes aware, with a reasonable degree of certainty, that the financial
results for the next period to be reported on are likely to vary by more than
20% from the previous corresponding period.
African Brick wishes to advise shareholders that the Company`s loss per share
for the six month financial period ended 31 August 2010 is expected to be
between 1.4 cents and 1.68 cents per share compared to 0.61 cents per share as
reported in the previous corresponding period.
Headline loss per share for the six month financial period ended 31 August 2010
is expected to be between 1.4 cents and 1.68 cents per share compared to a loss
of 0.52 cents per share reported in the previous corresponding period.
It is anticipated that the financial results for the six month period ended 31
August 2010 will be published on or about 26 November 2010.
The financial information on which this trading update is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
