DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SPP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SPAR GROUP LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to SPAR GROUP LIMITED
(SPP). The Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend
amount of 222 cents per SPPNIG share instalment that is payable on Monday, 13
December 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 3 December 2010. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 6 December 2010 and
the record date will be Friday, 10 December 2010.
