RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND SALIENT DATES OF DIVIDEND DECLARATION
1. Results of annual general meeting.
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Rex Trueform
shareholders held in Cape Town on 17 November 2010 ("the AGM"), all resolutions
as contained in the notice of the AGM dated 20 September 2010 were passed by the
requisite majority.
The special resolutions will be submitted for registration at the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
2. Approval of dividends declared
At the AGM, shareholders approved dividend number 66 of 40,0 cents per ordinary
share and dividend number 16 of 40,0 cents per "N" ordinary share for the year
ended 30 June 2010.
The salient dates of the above dividends are as follows:
Last date to trade Friday, 3 December 2010
Shares trade ex-dividend Monday, 6 December 2010
Record date Friday, 10 December 2010
Payment date Monday, 13 December 2010
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday, 6
December 2010 and Friday, 10 December 2010, both dates inclusive.
