RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of shareholders of Ellies held on Wednesday, 17
November 2010 (in terms of the notice of annual general meeting contained in the
Ellies annual report issued on 26 October 2010), all of the resolutions were
passed by the requisite majority of Ellies shareholders, save for ordinary
resolution 1 (authority to issue shares for cash) for which the necessary
majority was not obtained.
