TRANSFER OF THE LISTING OF ELLIES FROM THE ALTERNATIVE EXCHANGE ("ALTX") TO THE
MAIN BOARD ("MAIN BOARD") OF THE JSE LIMITED ("JSE")
The directors of Ellies are pleased to announce that the JSE has approved the
transfer of the company`s listing from the AltX to the Main Board with effect
from Friday, 26 November 2010.
Ellies is a diversified Southern African manufacturer and importer of electronic
products related to television reception, including satellite and terrestrial
aerial ranges, and of domestic and industrial audio products and electronic
appliances. Ellies distributes and rents premium-quality electrical and
electrical equipment under the `Ellies` brand, and satellite and associated
equipment under the `ElSat` brand. Through Megatron Federal, Ellies is involved
in infrastructural power in the fields of power generation, transmission and
distribution.
Following the transfer, the company will be listed in the "Electronic and
Electrical Equipment" sector of the Main Board of the JSE, sector number 2733.
