CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of directors are pleased to announce that Simon Susman who retired as
Chief executive officer today, 18 November 2010, has been appointed as deputy
Chairman with immediate effect. Ian Moir has been appointed as Chief executive
officer in his stead.
The board of directors further advises that Nigel Colne and Brian Frost have
retired as directors of the company with effect from
18 November 2010.
