RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting of Woolworths
Holdings Limited held today, 18 November 2010, at which members holding
75.80% of the voting rights were represented, all of the ordinary resolutions
and the special resolution contained in the notice of the Annual General
Meeting dated 30 September 2010 were passed, without modification, by the
requisite majority votes, cast by way of poll in each case.
The special resolution, with 99.02% of the votes cast in favour, will be
lodged with the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office
(CIPRO) in due course.
