DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE INP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for INVESTEC PLC LIMITED
ORDINARY SHARES (INP) and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to INVESTEC PLC LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (INP)the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 90 cents per INPNNF share
instalment that is payable on Tuesday, 21 December 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 3 December 2010. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 6 December 2010 and
the record date will be Friday, 10 December 2010.
