DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON INVESTEC LTD HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("INLIHD")
The Directors of Investec Ltd have declared an interim dividend of 90 cents per
interim share payable on Tuesday, 21 December 2010 to ordinary shareholders
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 10
December 2010.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
INLIHD, will receive an Investec Limited interim dividend of 90 cents per
security payable on Tuesday, 21 December 2010 in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the
dividend will be Friday, 3 December 2010.
INLIHD Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 6 December 2010, and the record
date will be Friday, 10 December 2010.
