CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of FoneWorx ("the board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Mr Andrew Conway Molusi ("Connie") and Mr April Masitwe
("April"), independent non-executives, have resigned from the board with effect
from 17 November 2010.
The board is grateful to both Connie and April for their contribution to the
company and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
