THE TRANSACTIONS
Shares were sold from two trusts of which Mr. SR Aberdein is a trustee and
beneficiary. The SR Aberdein Trust, which is Mr. Aberdein`s family trust, sold 4
million shares. The Aberdein Family Settlement, which is managed by Mr. SR
Aberdein`s father for the benefit of all of his children, sold 4.8 million
shares. Both sales were to diversify investment portfolios.
