CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board wishes to
advise that with effect from 22 November 2010:
Moss Ngoasheng, presently an independent non-executive director on the Freeworld
Coatings board, has been appointed as a non-executive Deputy Chairman to the
board of Freeworld Coatings.
Furthermore he has been appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination
Committee.
