CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Board of Directors of Merafe (the "Board") hereby announces the
resignation of Mr Tlamelo Ramantsi with effect from 19 November 2010. Mr
Ramantsi was the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa Limited
("IDC") representative on the Board and has resigned from the IDC.
The Board would like to thank Mr Ramantsi for his contribution to Merafe.
