RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
SABMiller regrets to announce that Liz Doherty will step down as a non-executive
director of SABMiller with effect from 31 December 2010.
In consequence of her appointment as Chief Financial Officer (designate) of
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc with effect from 1 January 2011, Ms Doherty has been
obliged to resign from the Board of SABMiller plc, as Mr Graham Mackay, Chief
Executive of SABMiller, is also the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc.
The Board of SABMiller plc wishes Ms Doherty every success in her new
appointment.
