RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the Massmart Annual General Meeting held at
08:30 on Wednesday, 24 November 2010, the requisite majority of shareholders
passed all the ordinary resolutions and the three special resolutions, as set
out in the notice of annual general meeting dated 6 October 2010.
Members holding 77.29% of the voting rights were represented at the meeting.
The special resolutions will now be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office for registration.
