CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mark Matisonn and Raymond Munitz have resigned as
non-executive directors of Buildmax with immediate effect.
The board thanks Mark and Raymond for their valuable contribution over the years
and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
