DECLARED CAPITAL DISTRIBUTION OUT OF SHARE PREMIUM AND FINAL DIVIDEND
ANNOUNCEMENT ON TIGER BRANDS LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("TBSIDG")
With reference to the capital distribution out of share premium and final
dividend announcement, the Directors of Tiger Brands Limited have declared a
capital distribution out of share premium of 235 cents per ordinary share and
a final dividend of 241 cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 17 January
2011 to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books of the company at the close
of business on Friday, 14 January 2011.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, TBSIDG,
will receive a Tiger Brands Limited capital distribution out of share premium
of 235 cents per ordinary share and a final dividend of 241 cents per ordinary
share on Monday, 17 January 2011 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in
the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day
to trade ("cum" the capital distribution out of share premium and dividend)
in order to participate in the capital distribution out of share capital and
dividend will be Friday, 7 January 2011.
TBSIDG Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the capital
distribution out of share capital and dividend from the commencement of business
on Monday, 10 January 2011, and the record date will be Friday, 14 January 2011.
